Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking a senior professional to identify and evaluate potential partnerships across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, wealth platforms, and large corporates in the West Zone. You will develop customized proposals, financial models, and business plans to enable partner onboarding.

Your role will span end-to-end deal structuring, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating with legal and compliance, and mapping regional opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent (preferably in Marketing, Finance or Strategy).
• Industry exposure: Life Insurance / Banking / NBFC / Fintech / Wealth Management / Mutual Funds.
• Networking and influencing ability.
• Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
