Job summary

Forward in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Partnerships Manager to manage end-to-end relationships with digital partners and drive revenue growth. You will coordinate with product, operations, underwriting, and technology teams to enable seamless customer journeys and successful integrations.

With 6–8 years in digital alliances or life insurance partnerships, you will onboard new partners, monitor performance, conduct B2B reviews, and help shape partner strategy to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 6-8 years of experience in digital alliances, partnerships, or key account management.
• Experience in life insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end - to - end relationships with key digital partners (aggregators, fintechs, wealth platforms, and online distributors).
• Drive sales growth by monitoring performance metrics, identifying gaps, and implementing targeted action plans.
• Enable seamless customer journeys by coordinating with product, operations, underwriting, and technology teams.
• Support partners on onboarding, process training, issuance workflows, and digital integration.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements across partner operations.
• Conduct regular business reviews, performance tracking, and forecasting to achieve revenue and issuance targets.
• Lead partner engagement initiatives to strengthen collaboration and unlock new business opportunities.
• Monitor competition, market trends, and digital innovations to recommend improvements in partner strategy.
• Onboard new digital partners to expand distribution and accelerate business growth.
