Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new Agent Partners across the territory.

• Ensure agency contracts exist for audit purposes.

Job Statement

This role is responsible for sales function of Crushing & Screening Equipment (All range of Metso Aggregates business products) through agent partners in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying & adding the new Agent Partners across the territory.
• developing and implementing training programs for individual agents ensuring the required skill and personnel levels are within the partner s organization.
• Responsibility for all sales through agent partners within their stated territory, including meeting the performance targets, which are set annually and are included in the annual business plan.
• Will be enhancing the market coverage and market expansion through agents channel.
• Planning and implementing sales programs to promote Metso products, improve competitive position in area, and provide fast and efficient customer service.
• Responsible for ensuring agency agreement contracts for all agents are in place for audit purpose.
• Responsible for timely processing of the agent invoices and their payment in committed time period.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• R elevant work experience - Minimum 8- 12 years of experience
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of crushers & screening equipment.
• Working knowledge of Machines and equipment
