Job summary

Genius Consultants in Nagpur district, Maharashtra, seeks a dynamic sales lead to develop and execute strategies for crusher machines and crushing & screening plants. You will drive revenue, build an extensive dealer network, and negotiate large-value equipment orders through the full sales cycle.

You will conduct customer visits, deliver product demonstrations, and align with application, technical, service, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution, while monitoring market

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for crusher machines and crushing & screening plants.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, quarry owners, mining companies, EPC companies, and infrastructure organizations.
• Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable crusher plant configurations and equipment.
• Work closely with application, technical, service, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Develop and manage the dealer/channel network in assigned territories.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline reports, and territory-wise business plans.
• Manage key accounts and negotiate large-value equipment/plant orders.
