Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation India PVT LTD is hiring a Partnership Manager to build and manage strategic alliances with universities, colleges, and education institutions across relevant markets.

You will lead MoU negotiations, coordinate collaboration models, drive course distribution and executive education initiatives, and align internal teams to implement agreements and monitor KPIs. Strong networking and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Higher Education Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Master's degree will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in academic partnerships or strategic partnership management.
• Experience developing collaborations with universities or colleges.
• Ability to negotiate partnership agreements and MoUs.
• Understanding of course distribution, executive education or corporate training is advantageous.
• Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive enrolment and revenue growth.
• Good organisational, project management, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with university leadership, academic departments, faculty, and key decision-makers.
• Initiate, negotiate, and coordinate MoUs and partnership agreements.
• Explore opportunities to introduce training programmes and professional certifications through university networks.
• Develop partnership proposals, collaboration models, and distribution strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalise and implement partnership agreements.
• Identify opportunities for joint certification programmes, executive education, and workshops.
• Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle from prospect to execution and relationship management.
• Monitor performance, enrolments, revenue opportunities, and KPIs.
• Conduct regular meetings with partner institutions to review progress and opportunities.
• Research higher education landscape and potential partners for business expansion.
• Maintain a database of academic partners, MoUs, and performance reports.

Initiate, negotiate, and coordinate MoUs and partnership agreements to support course distribution, programme delivery, and other academic collaborations.

Explore opportunities to introduce Blue Ocean Corporation's training programmes, professional certifications, and industry-relevant courses through university networks.

Develop partnership proposals, collaboration models, and academic distribution strategies aligned with business objectives.

Coordinate with internal academic, sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams to finalise and implement partnership agreements.

Identify opportunities for joint certification programmes, executive education, professional development courses, workshops, and other collaborative initiatives.

Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from prospect identification and negotiations to agreement execution, implementation, and relationship management.

Monitor partnership performance, course enrolments, revenue opportunities, and other agreed KPIs.

Conduct regular meetings with partner institutions to review progress, identify new opportunities, and strengthen long-term collaboration.

Research the higher education landscape, market trends, and potential institutional partners to support business expansion.

Maintain an updated database of academic partners, MoUs, partnership activities, and performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Higher Education Management, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree will be an advantage.

Proven experience in academic partnerships, university relations, institutional business development, or strategic partnership management.

Experience developing collaborations with universities, colleges, or other educational institutions.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate partnership agreements, coordinate MoUs, and develop commercial or academic collaboration models.

Understanding of course distribution, professional certifications, executive education, or corporate training programmes will be an advantage.

Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that support enrolment growth and revenue generation.
