Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, negotiations, and PO finalization.
• Procure major equipment, vessels, piping, E&I, steel and services for projects.
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering and budget control.
• Oversee supplier development, performance, and escalations.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical materials and equipment.
• Lead procurement MIS and drive process improvements.

We are looking for an experienced Manager - Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, negotiations, and purchase order finalization.
• Manage procurement of major equipment, pressure vessels, piping, valves, E&I, structural steel, and project services.
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and budget control.
• Manage supplier development, performance, and vendor escalations.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical materials and equipment.
• Handle commercial contracts, claims, variations, and payment coordination.
• Lead procurement MIS, team performance, and process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• 15–18 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in EPC / Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong expertise in commercial negotiations, project procurement, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems and procurement analytics.
