CORE Energy Systems Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Manager / AGM - Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing activities across its EPC projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mechanical, electrical and instrumentation procurement, vendor development, commercial negotiations, cost optimization and team leadership. The role focuses on managing PRs/POs, driving negotiations, ensuring on-time material delivery, and coordinating

Qualifications

• 16–18 years of relevant experience in Procurement / SCM.
• Experience in EPC / Engineering / Oil & Gas / Infrastructure industries.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in managing complex project procurement and leading a team.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing activities for EPC projects.
• Manage procurement of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment and packages.
• Drive cost optimization through price benchmarking, commercial negotiations and strategic sourcing.
• Review PRs, POs and ensure adherence to the P2P process.
• Manage vendor development, qualification, evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Ensure timely material delivery in line with project requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Quality and other internal stakeholders.
• Handle post-order management, delivery tracking, vendor payments and PO closures.
• Monitor procurement MIS, cost-saving reports and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement SOPs, internal controls and audit requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 SCM professionals.

Job Summary

CORE Energy Systems Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Manager / AGM - Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing activities across its EPC projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing activities for EPC projects.
• Manage procurement of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment and packages.
• Drive cost optimization through price benchmarking, commercial negotiations and strategic sourcing.
• Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure adherence to the P2P process.
• Manage vendor development, qualification, evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Ensure timely material delivery in line with project requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Quality and other internal stakeholders.
• Handle post-order management, delivery tracking, vendor payments and PO closures.

Desired Technical Exposure

Experience in procurement of:

• Mechanical equipment: Pumps, valves, compressors, cooling towers and MS fabrication.
• Electrical equipment: Panels, cables, motors, transformers and conductors.
• Instrumentation: Field instruments, PLC and SCADA.
• Substation equipment, transmission & distribution systems and structures.
• HVAC, electrical poles, railway project equipment and other EPC packages.
