THL is seeking a Radiology Coding Manager to lead and optimize radiology coding operations. The role focuses on accuracy, productivity, compliance and client satisfaction while guiding teams and driving operational excellence.

Ideal candidates will have 8–12+ years in medical coding with radiology focus, and 3–5+ years of people management, plus CPC/CRC/CCS/RHIA/RHIT/CIRCC or equivalent certification.

Competenze

• 8–12+ years of medical coding experience with significant Radiology Coding expertise.
• Experience leading coding teams and managing staff and training initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, Modifier Guidelines and payer guidelines.
• Experience working with US healthcare clients and payer guidelines.

Job Description

The Radiology Coding Manager is responsible for leading radiology coding operations, ensuring coding accuracy, productivity, compliance, quality performance, and client satisfaction. The role oversees coding teams, drives operational excellence, manages staffing and training initiatives, monitors KPIs, and ensures adherence to ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, payer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.

CPC, CRC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT, CIRCC, or equivalent coding certification preferred.

8–12+ years of medical coding experience with significant experience in Radiology Coding.

3–5+ years of people management experience.

Strong knowledge of:

Interventional Radiology

ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and Modifier Guidelines

Experience working with US healthcare clients and payer guidelines.
