NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior BPO Manager to lead revenue cycle management and medical coding teams in a healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, compliance, and process optimization to meet customer SLAs and HIPAA requirements. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in medical coding RC M, a track record of managing coding teams, and a certification (AAPC).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management in medical coding.
• Strong operations and process management skills.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in coding (medical billing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• AAPC coding certification required.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and direction to team and manage day-to-day activities.
• Address coding inquiries for providers (U.S. only).
• Attend meetings and trainings to enhance coding knowledge and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain SOP adherence and confidentiality.
• Provide monthly feedback on team performance.
• Ensure adherence to TAT and SLA as defined by the customer.

BPO Senior Manager

In these roles, you will be responsible for:

• Expertise in specialties of RAD/ IVR & Anesthesia
• Ensure adherence of coding guidelines within established productivity standards.
• Addressing coding related inquires for providers as needed, U.S. only.
• Attending meetings and in-service training to enhance coding knowledge, compliance skills, and maintenance of credentials.
• Provide supervision and direction to team and manage their day to day activities.
• Provide trend analysis of issues and solutions to customer.
• Maintain and ensure adherence to SOP guidelines by team members.
• Provide monthly feedback to team members on their performance.
• Provider guidance to the team members to effectively complete the assigned task.
• Ensure complete adherence to TAT and SLA's as defined by the customer
• Maintain patient confidentiality and strict adherence to HIPAA

Required Skills for this role include:

• 10+ years of experience working on Revenue Cycle Management in Medical Coding.
• Strong Operations and Process Management
• 5 or more years of managerial experience in Coding (medical billing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work in challenging and changing work environment and apply methodologies to best fit solutions.
• Should have AAPC coding certification
• Expertise with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, MS office, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
