Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Medical Coding Operations across multiple specialties.
• Lead Team Leads, SMEs, QA teams, and coding associates.
• Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, SLA, and TAT targets.
• Drive coding quality improvements through RCA, CAPA, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Manage client relationships, governance calls, escalations, and reviews.
• Plan staffing, capacity forecasting, and workload distribution.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Operations teams for continuous improvement.
• Support new process transitions, client onboarding, and expansion initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and present operational MIS, productivity reports, quality dashboards, and management reviews.
