Cotiviti in Pune is seeking an experienced Operations/Coding Manager to lead a team of medical coders, driving accuracy and timeliness in coding patient records and aligning processes with quality standards.

Key focus areas include developing coding, data entry, and quality-control processes; collaborating with healthcare providers to improve diagnosis-code accuracy; and analyzing operations data to identify trends and improvement opportunities across multispecialty settings.

Competenze

• 8-14 years of experience in medical coding or related field (CPC certified).
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes.
• Experience as an Operations Manager or Coding Manager in a multispecialty hospital setting.
