Job summary

THL is seeking an experienced medical coder with 12+ years’ experience to deliver coding work per SOWs and maintain client confidence in Hyderabad, India. The role involves expanding coding capability across multi-specialty and billable resources, while driving process improvements and coder efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in ICD-9-CM and ICD-10 coding, CPT/HCPCS conventions, and the ability to interpret medical records under challenging conditions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in Coding or equivalent.
• Proficient in ICD-9-CM, ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS conventions.
• Strong ability to interpret medical records and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up of coding team and train coders to meet client expectations.
• Execute pilot projects and ensure Go-live.
