Job summary

ECLAT Health Solutions is seeking a Team Lead for Medical Coding with 8+ years of experience. The role focuses on leading denials, E/M and related services, ensuring accuracy, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

You will mentor coders, conduct audits, drive CAPA, and collaborate across Quality, Operations, and Client teams to implement process improvements. CPC/CCS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in medical coding.
• Experience leading a team and managing productivity, quality, SLA and TAT.
• Experience with audits, quality reviews, and CAPA implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, CMS guidelines and payer-specific rules.

Responsibilities
