Job summary

Greenko Energy Holdings is seeking a Civil Engineer for site preparation and earthwork supervision in Hyderabad, India. The role involves overseeing drainage works, leveling, PCC, and ensuring work as per the order with strict safety adherence.

You will monitor bar bending, shuttering layouts, and ensure proper use of labour, material, and machinery, while coordinating with site engineers and subcontractors. Concrete samples and quality checks are also part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Marking and preparing the site for construction.
• Earthwork supervision.
• Monitoring the area drainage works, earth work execution, leveling & dressing, PCC at site & checking the standard of work and execution as per work order.
• Monitoring bar bending schedule, surveying, details of shuttering of structures, layout for geometry and important works for all structures.
• Ensure proper utilization in terms of labour, material and machinery.
• Managing issues with labour/subcontractor and escalation to site engineer/engineer in charge civil.
• Support the quality department with concrete and material samples.
• Ensure curing of all concrete work.
• Return unutilized consumables and tools & plant to store.
• Follow up with site engineer for finalization and payment of subcontractor bills.
• Ensure cement is properly stocked to avoid humidity damage.
• Assist engineer in measuring quantity of work executed as per work order.
• Ensure workers use safety PPE per company directives.

6. 6.To manage the issues with the labour/Sub Contractor and escalation the major issues to the site engineer/engineer incharge civil
7. 7.To support the quality department in giving and making samples of the concrete and material
8. 8.Ensure curing of all concrete work.
9. 9.Returns all unutilized consumable material and tools & plant to store
10. 10.To follow up with site engineer for finalization and payment of sub contractors bill.
11. 11.Ensure that cement is properly stocked in store so as to avoid damage from humidity etc.
12. 12.Assist engineer in measuring quantity of work executed as per the work order
13. 13.Ensure that workers are taking safety precaution and using Personal Protective Equipment while working. All safety procedure & precaution are to be adhered as per the directive issued by the company.
