Job summary

KSB, Inc. in Coimbatore requires a Manager for Forged Valve Assembly to ensure efficient resource deployment and timely delivery. You will oversee manpower planning, shop floor loading, and coordination with Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM, and Assembly to meet schedule targets.

Across the role, adherence to ISO 9001/14001 and ISO 45001, plus API/TSG standards, and driving 5S on the shop floor will be essential for continuous improvement and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Forged Valve Assembly or similar manufacturing domain.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 & ISO 45001 requirements.
• Ability to plan manpower and coordinate with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assigning work to operators and mapping manpower based on workload.
• Prepare machine loading plan aligned with production schedule.
• Coordinate with internal customers (Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM, Assembly, Tooling) to ensure process standards and timely delivery.
• Ensure 3S and shop floor discipline; monitor rework and deviations.
• Support third party inspection and compliance with API/TSG requirements.
