Job summary

KSB Company in Coimbatore district, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a Production Supervisor for Forged Valve Assembly. You will plan manpower, load shops, and ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM and Tool Engineering to meet plan requirements.

Responsibilities include ensuring ISO and API/TSG certifications are followed, reducing rework, and maintaining 5S on the shop floor while coordinating third party inspections and timely material availability.

• Completion of production orders within lead time.
• Monitoring the production booking in the shift.
• Reducing rework and rejection on continuous basis.
• Maintain shop floor discipline and 5 S activities
• Co-ordinate for third party inspection and offer valves for inspection.
• Co-ordinate with internal customers such as Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM, Assembly, IED/ Tool Engineering to ensure process standards and timely delivery as per plan.
• Complying ISO 9001 ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification requirements
• Complying API & TSG certification requirements
