Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions in India seeks a Brand Sales Manager to support regional Brand sales, coordinate with Relationship Managers, and drive targets. You will help increase customers, generate leads from market research, and assist in closing high-value quotations while training teams to improve selling capability.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE in Electrical or Mechanical required.
• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or MBA acceptable.
• 3-5 years work experience in brand sales.
• Relevant experience in Brand Sales Lighting and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Head in the region to handle the respective Brand sales.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers on field Brand sales.
• Achieve region purchase targets as agreed with Brand Head and regional team.
• Increase Count of Customers for the Brand in the region with RM team help.
• Generate leads for the brand based on market research and principal connect.
• Assist the RM team to close high value quotations.
• Provide regular training to segment technical team and RM to improve selling capability.
• Ensure Gross Profit target for the brand is achieved.
• Ensure inventory turnaround as per set targets for local warehouse stocks.
• Maintain good PR as the face of the company with local Principal Brand team.
• Maintain strong commercial sense to balance stock, GP and sales.
• Manage relationships with local Principal Brand team to embed BRM in VISL.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer delight.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assisting the Brand Head in the region to handle the respective Brand sales.
• Coordination with RMs ( Relationship Managers) on the field on Brand related sales.
• Ensuring purchase targets for his region are achieved as mutually agreed between the Brand Head and the regional Principal Brand Team.
• Increasing the COC (Count of Customers) for his Brand in the region with the help of the local segment RM ( RelationshipManagers ) Team.
• Generating leads for their brand based on market research and Principal connect.
• Assisting the RM Team to close high value quotations.
• Providing regular training to the Segment Technical team and local segment RM to improve their selling capability.
• Ensuring GP (Gross Profit) target for the brand is achieved.
• Ensuring inventory turnaround as per set targets for the stocks @ local warehouse.
• Maintain good PR as he is the face of the company with the local Principal Brand team.
• Having strong commercial sense to ensure stock management, GP (Gross Profit) and sales are balanced.
• Relationship management with local Principal Brand team to ensure that they consider the BRM (Brand Relationship Manager) to be their team member in VISL.
• Responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensure customer delight.
