Job summary

Subway (Culinary Brands) in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee end-to-end maintenance across South India. You will lead a regional team, ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and related assets, and manage AMC contracts with vendors.

The role requires 8+ years in QSR/hospitality, strong multi-unit maintenance experience, vendor management skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in QSR/Hospitality/F&B.
• Strong experience in multi-unit/multi-location maintenance management.
• Team handling and regional maintenance operations experience.
• Exposure to QSR equipment, HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems.
• Experience with vendor management, AMC, budgeting and cost control.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost optimization, root-cause analysis and reduction in recurring breakdowns.
• Work closely with Operations, Projects, Procurement, Finance and stakeholders.
