Job summary

Kongsi Tea Bar is expanding and seeks a field maintenance professional based in Bengaluru to ensure reliable operation of QSR assets across outlets. You will perform routine and preventive checks on AC, refrigeration units, and display equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed.

You will also travel regularly to outlets around Bangalore, maintain accurate asset and maintenance records, and report on equipment status to support brand consistency and premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance (QSR / Retail / Hospitality preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical and refrigeration equipment.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Good coordination and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular outlet visits to inspect and maintain QSR assets.

Over the next 2 years, it plans to grow to ~100 outlets using a franchisedriven model, focusing on major cities and premium locations like hotels and malls. The brand targets young urban consumers with authentic Thai beverages and snacks, emphasizing quality, experience, and brand consistency.

Role Description
