Job summary

Heisetasse Beverages in Mumbai seeks a Maintenance Executive to oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility systems across its store network. You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, visiting stores, and maintaining records of maintenance activities while ensuring safety standards are met. Some travel across locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related technical field.
• 13 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar role.
• Experience in the F&B, Retail, QSR, Hospitality, or similar industry.
• Good practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and technicians.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel across stores/locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain basic records of maintenance activities, service reports, and AMC details.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance guidelines.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and Operations teams to resolve maintenance-related concerns.
• Support new store openings with pre-opening maintenance and technical requirements.
