Position: Repair and Maintenance Regional Manager
Experience: 10 years minimum.
Location: Mumbai (South & West)
Qualification: Graduation
Industry: Food and beverage, hospitality, or retail
Skills: MEP, General Utility Services, Equipment Maintenance, HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

1. 10 to 15 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in multi-location environments such as food and beverage, hospitality, or retail.
2. Strong technical knowledge of MEP, General Utility Services, Equipment Maintenance, including coffee machines, refrigeration, Chiller Rooms, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment.
3. Experience of food processing heavy machineries like Cookies Line, Bakery manufacturing line, Coffee Roasting is preferred.
4. Experience in executing/supervising on-site projects (MEP) is preferred.
