Qualifications

• Experience in store operations including receiving, safekeeping and issuing materials.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and support stock verification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proper documentation of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage component store and ensure material availability for monthly production.
• Maintain inventory records and provide timely status updates.
• Perform perpetual inventory and annual stock verification with reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage to prevent damage and manage shelf-life items.
• Update store transactions in Oracle ERP on a real-time basis and document them.
• Dispatch materials after document verification and coordinate with related departments.
• Ensure compliance with 5S / TPM / EMS and maintain housekeeping.
• Assist Store Manager and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Main responsibilities:

Store Operations Management

• Manage component store including receiving, safekeeping, accounting, and issuing materials.
• Ensure materials are available to meet monthly production schedules

Inventory Control & Monitoring

• Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely inventory status to users.
• Conduct perpetual inventory and annual stock verification, including reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide alerts to SCM for necessary actions.

Material Handling & Storage

• Ensure proper storage practices to avoid damage or deterioration of materials.
• Maintain shelf-life items as per defined work instructions.
• Identify and manage rejected materials (return/storage/disposal)

System & Documentation

• Update all store transactions in ERP systems (Oracle) on real-time basis.
• Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.

Dispatch & Coordination

• Dispatch materials to subcontractors after proper verification of documents and materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, and other departments for store-related activities.

Compliance & Housekeeping

• Ensure compliance with 5S / TQM / TPM / EMS standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working practices in stores.

Support & Additional Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overall store operations.

Handle any additional responsibilities assigned from time to time.
