Job summary

Forms+Surfaces in Mumbai seeks a Management Trainee to accelerate business growth by meeting architects, designers, and builders, conducting product presentations, and securing specifications for luxury building materials.

You will coordinate with internal teams, support project execution, and travel across Mumbai carrying product samples, with fresh MBA graduates welcomed and strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed university; fresh MBA graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering is preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales experience in premium building materials, architectural surfaces, luxury products, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and a collaborative team player.
• Proficient in MS Office/ERP systems.
• Willing to travel extensively across Mumbai and carry product samples.
• Having own 4-wheeler for mobility is preferred.
