Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create posters, social media visuals, collages, and presentations.
• Develop high-quality digital content and support portfolio enhancement.
• Present projects visually with brand-aligned design.
• Curate project photographs, renders, and design files.
• Convert and standardize images for presentations and marketing.
• Prepare master and project presentations per branding guidelines.
• Develop visual case studies and marketing decks.
• Coordinate with external branding agencies to ensure consistency.
• Support teams with creative design solutions for client meetings and proposals.
• Maintain high aesthetics and brand consistency.

Scope and Responsibilities -

• Create visually engaging posters, social media creatives, collages, and presentation materials aligned with brand standards.
• Develop high-quality digital content and support portfolio enhancement initiatives.
• Structure and present completed projects in a visually impactful and professional manner.
• Organize, maintain, and curate project photograph libraries, renders, design files, and reference materials for easy accessibility.
• Convert, edit, and standardize image formats for presentations, marketing collateral, and digital platforms.
• Prepare master presentations and project-specific presentations in accordance with company branding guidelines.
• Develop compelling visual case studies, project portfolios, and marketing presentations to showcase design capabilities and project achievements.
• Coordinate with external branding agencies to ensure consistency in brand communication, design quality, and project deliverables.
• Support internal teams with creative design solutions and presentation development for client meetings, business proposals, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all visual content maintains high standards of aesthetics, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Required qualification, skills and experiences -

• Qualification: B. Design / B.Arch. / B. Fine Arts
• Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
• Experience – 1-2 years of relevant experience in visual communication, presentation design, graphic design, or digital content creation.
• Software skill required –
  - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
  - Moderate proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Premium pro
• Required Skill set:
  - Creative and innovative thinking.
  - Digital Marketing & Content Creation.
  - Video editing for social media.
  - Create Professional presentation templets.
