Forms+Surfaces invites applications for a Management Trainee to join our Mumbai team. The role focuses on driving business development through meetings with architects, designers, and builders, and coordinating project execution with internal teams.

Fresh MBAs and engineers with up to two years of sales exposure are welcome. Enthusiasm, strong English communication, and willingness to travel across Mumbai are essential; a four-wheeler is preferred.

Formación

• MBA from a reputed University/Institute; fresh MBA graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales experience in premium building materials, architectural surfaces, luxury products, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and a collaborative team player.
• Proficient in MS Office/ERP systems.
• Willing to travel extensively across Mumbai and carry product samples.
• Having own 4-wheeler for mobility is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Mumbai.

• Maintain accurate sales and project updates through the company's ERP system.
