Job summary

Career Craft Management Pvt. Ltd. invites candidates for a Management Trainee role in Telangana. The program includes on-the-job training (3 months) with a stipend, and a hybrid work option during OJT. High-potential performers may receive a decent package after training.

Mobility allowances (mobile & internet) and team incentives are available. Hikes and appraisals are scheduled every six months, with scope to grow into permanent roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred or UG/PG with 65% aggregate (2019 and later passed outs eligible)
• OJT duration of 3 months with stipend

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
• Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Source potential candidates from various online & offline channels.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
• Send offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Onboard new hires with guidance from the team.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

Education

MBA preferred

UG/PG with 65% aggregate (2019 and later passed outs eligible)

• Hybrid option in OJT period
