Job summary

The Muthoot Group is seeking a diligent collections professional to engage customers via calls and field visits, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. You will work to meet monthly collection targets while addressing customer concerns with appropriate solutions.

You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve account issues, follow up on assigned accounts, and adhere to collection policies, processes, and compliance requirements while building strong customer relationships
