Job summary

Sharda Diesels Private Limited in Ranchi seeks a detail-oriented Sales MIS Executive to support the sales team with accurate reporting and data management. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, track performance and pending orders, and maintain sales data and customer records.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and good analytical skills are essential. Knowledge of Power BI or CRM/ERP is a plus; 2–3 years of MIS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of MIS experience with focus on sales reporting.
• Proficient MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and advanced formulas.
• Strong data management, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Good coordination and communication skills; familiarity with Power BI or CRM/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities
