The role involves managing day to day MIS activities preparing and maintaining reports coordinating with different departments ensuring proper data management tracking system updates and supporting smooth operational communication. Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production, sales, and stock reports.Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping across various departments.Analyze trends in jewellery type consumption, inventory movement, and vendor performance.Work closely with purchase, production, accounts, and sales teams for accurate data collection.Generate order-wise, design-wise, and karigar-wise reports for management review.Design and implement formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros, and advanced Excel models for data analysis.Monitor discrepancies and provide timely alerts for corrective actions.Assist in stock reconciliation, wastage tracking, and cost control reporting.Support management in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
