Job summary

CryptoMize in New Delhi is seeking a highly proficient Kannada translator to support live engagements with confidential dossiers and election-cycle material, translating between Kannada and English from intake to final release. You will gatekeep Kannada outputs, set and maintain a fixed Kannada glossary, and ensure consistency across concurrent projects using Trados Studio, memoQ, and Xbench QA tooling.

Responsibilities

• Act as the desk’s Kannada gatekeeper: nothing leaves in Kannada without your pass, including output from translators you oversee
• Set and keep the Kannada glossary — political, administrative, and technical renderings fixed once, then followed on every project for that client

Kannada Translator openings at CryptoMize are maintained continuously — the desk is staffed ahead of Karnataka engagement demand, not behind it. This is a permanent full-time position with immediate joining at our New Delhi headquarters, sitting in the linguistics cell that serves all five intelligence domains. The material is real-world consequential: campaign documents and dossiers where register errors read as disrespect to the language’s readers. What you will actually do:

• Carry the Kannada load on live engagements — dossiers, election-cycle material, and confidential papers rendered between Kannada and English from intake to final release
• Act as the desk’s Kannada gatekeeper: nothing leaves in Kannada without your pass, including output from translators you oversee
• Set and keep the Kannada glossary — political, administrative, and technical renderings fixed once, then followed on every project for that client
