Job summary

ADVENXA is seeking a fresh MBA HR graduate for an entry-level HR role in Kerala. You will support day-to-day HR operations, attendance, leave tracking, and employee records, contributing to a smooth HR workflow.

You will assist with payroll inputs, HR activities, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities, gaining hands-on exposure in a reputed organization while building a foundation in HR analytics using MS Excel.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR from a reputed B-school.
• Freshers are eligible for this role.
