Job summary

Delhi Control Devices is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage electrical and mechanical maintenance at our plastic injection moulding plant and tool room.

The candidate should be proficient with injection moulding, CNC and conventional machines, plus hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with a track record of preventive and breakdown maintenance. This role requires hands-on problem solving and meticulous maintenance record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining plastic injection moulding machines.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Proficiency with CNC and conventional machine upkeep.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle electrical and mechanical maintenance of plastic injection moulding machines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC and conventional machines.
• Handle maintenance of milling, lathe, drilling, grinding and EDM machines.
• Diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns independently.
• Perform preventive and periodic maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, sensors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all production and tool room machinery.
• Maintain machine maintenance records and breakdown reports.
• Manage spare parts requirements and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
• Ensure machine safety and proper maintenance practices.
