Kaynes Technology in Hyderabad, Telangana, invites a skilled maintenance technician to ensure availability and efficiency of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment. You will plan preventive maintenance, monitor condition, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults to minimize downtime.

You will support installation, commissioning, validation of new machines, maintain logs, service records, and raise purchase requisitions for parts.

Responsabilidades

• To ensure availability, and efficiency of injection moulding machines and associated auxiliary equipment by carrying out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance while maintaining safety, quality, and production targets
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct predictive maintenance activities such as vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication management, and condition monitoring
• Maintain machine health records and preventive maintenance history
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures
• Minimize machine downtime through quick and effective corrective actions
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new injection moulding machines
• Maintain and troubleshoot of Cooling towers, CCS, RO and DM plant, MTC, Diesel Generators, Vacuum pumps, Hydraulic power units
• Preparing Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and service records, other documents as required
• Raise purchase requisitions for maintenance consumables and spare parts
• Monitoring Spares management and breakdown time
• ISO 9001,14001,45001 Documentation
• Basic knowledge on MS office

• Key Responsibilities -
