Soccer International, Inc. in Jalandhar invites a Maintenance Engineer responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery, electrical systems, and utilities to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

The role requires a B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3–7 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting, with strong problem-solving and safety compliance, including LOTO procedures.

Formación

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance of production machinery, equipment, motors, control panels, and electrical circuits.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
• Perform maintenance of gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.
• Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and plant utilities.
• Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, alignment, repairs, and replacement of worn-out machine parts.
• Maintain electrical installations, power distribution systems, air compressors, DG sets, pumps, and other utility equipment, as applicable.
• Attend machine breakdowns promptly and ensure the timely restoration of equipment operations.
• Identify recurring technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve machine performance.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, preventive maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of machinery.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and mechanical safety standards and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper utilization of maintenance tools, equipment, spare parts, and PPE.

Job Purpose

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all production machinery, electrical installations, utilities, and mechanical equipment by carrying out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities, minimizing machine downtime, and ensuring workplace safety.
