Job summary

Indosculp Autocomp is seeking a Maintenance Executive to ensure smooth operation of machinery, utilities, and related systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and oversee inspections to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, familiarity with PM schedules, and strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with multiple departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or ITI in a relevant trade.
• 1–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Willingness to work at company site and support maintenance needs as required.
• Fresh technical exposure to industrial machinery and hands-on troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of machines.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, inspection checklists, and service history.
• Monitor availability of spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and servicing.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and equipment.
• Identify recurring technical issues and suggest corrective actions to prevent future breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintenance standards, and housekeeping requirements.
• Support maintenance improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
