Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment problems.
• Carry out regular inspection of machines and plant equipment.
• Identify the root cause of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure machinery is available for continuous production.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
• Attend emergency machine breakdowns and restore equipment operation quickly.
• Coordinate with production teams regarding machine maintenance requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential maintenance issues.
• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery when required.
• Follow safety procedures during all maintenance activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement and reduction of machine downtime.
