Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Work Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Kolkata, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Maintenance Oversight:
   Supervise daily repair and maintenance activities across assigned cafes, bakeries, base kitchens, and roastery units.
   Assign tasks to technicians and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion of work orders.
   Ensure that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and meet company standards.
2. Technician Management:
   Provide direct supervision and guidance to a team of technicians, ensuring they are well-equipped and trained to perform their duties.
   Conduct daily briefings with technicians to review tasks, priorities, and any challenges.
   Monitor technician performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work.
3. Preventive Maintenance Implementation:
   Ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are followed and completed on time.
   Assist technicians in executing preventive maintenance tasks on equipment such as coffee machines, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen appliances.
   Report any issues or delays in the preventive maintenance plan to the Assistant Manager.
4. Reactive Maintenance & Emergency Repairs:
   Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
   Coordinate with technicians to prioritize urgent repairs and ensure minimum downtime.
   Troubleshoot and provide hands-on support for technical problems when needed.
