Job summary

Alienkind is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Executive to oversee day-to-day maintenance across multiple outlets. You will be the main contact for maintenance complaints, coordinating with outlet teams, vendors and management to keep outlets running with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities include logging and tracking issues, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen equipment, coordinating with external vendors, and planning preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance operations.
• Experience in F&B, QSR, caf or hospitality is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen equipment
• Coordinate with external vendors and technicians, and follow up until the issue is closed
• Update the concerned teams promptly once an issue is resolved
• Plan and follow preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and equipment servicing
• Conduct regular outlet inspections to spot potential issues early
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple outlets
• Maintain service records, vendor details and complaint closure reports

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen equipment
• Coordinate with external vendors and technicians, and follow up until the issue is closed
• Update the concerned teams promptly once an issue is resolved
• Plan and follow preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and equipment servicing
• Conduct regular outlet inspections to spot potential issues early
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple outlets
• Maintain service records, vendor details and complaint closure reports

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance operations
• Experience in F&B, QSR, caf or hospitality is preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment
• Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment servicing
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus)
• Good follow-up skills and a problem‑solving mindset
• Comfortable travelling between outlets within Bangalore
• Diploma / ITI / Graduation in Electrical, Mechanical or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
