Job summary

Delifrance India is seeking a Maintenance Executive to ensure smooth operation of electrical, mechanical, and kitchen equipment across outlets. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues quickly, and coordinate with vendors and AMC partners to minimize downtime.

The role covers ETP plants, HVAC, refrigeration, and utilities, with travel to multiple outlets. You will maintain logs, support new store openings, and ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration.
• 3–6 years of experience in maintenance operations within cafs, restaurants, hotels, or manufacturing facilities.
• Hands-on experience with ETP systems, electrical circuits, HVAC units, and foodservice equipment.
• Ability to travel to multiple outlets as per maintenance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of kitchen, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Operate and maintain ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and ensure compliance with environmental and safety norms.
• Conduct routine inspections of all equipment and utility systems to identify potential issues before failure.
• Maintain detailed logs for maintenance activities, checklists, and AMC service reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and AMC partners for scheduled servicing, repairs, and spare part replacements.
• Provide technical support during new store openings including installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety, and statutory maintenance protocols.
• Support central kitchen operations with equipment upkeep, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Prepare maintenance cost reports and preventive maintenance plans in coordination with operations.
