Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is hiring a Maintenance Manager for a Leading API Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility in Vapi, Gujarat. The role requires overseeing plant and utility maintenance to ensure smooth operations and leading a team for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include preventive and breakdown maintenance, installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring EHS and GMP compliance, and managing budgeting and spares. A BE Mechanical is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant and utility maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance of utilities like boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.
• Lead installation & commissioning of new equipment and projects.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and statutory norms.
• Maintain all maintenance documentation and SOPs.
• Handle maintenance budgeting, spares planning, and cost control.
• Lead and guide the maintenance team & external vendors.
• Coordinate with production, QA, EHS, and other departments.
• Drive continuous improvement, 5S, and reliability initiatives.
