Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant and utility maintenance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup. The role focuses on planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations on site.

You'll lead installation and commissioning of new equipment, supervise maintenance staff and external vendors, and ensure adherence to EHS, GMP, and statutory norms while maintaining all maintenance

Qualifications

• B.E. Mechanical degree.
• Experience in plant maintenance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant and utility maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance of utilities like boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.
• Lead installation & commissioning of new equipment and projects.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and statutory norms.
• Maintain all maintenance documentation and SOPs.
• Handle maintenance budgeting, spares planning, and cost control.
• Lead and guide the maintenance team & external vendors.
• Coordinate with production, QA, EHS, and other departments.
• Drive continuous improvement, 5S, and reliability initiatives.
