Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Manager Maintenance to be based at Valsad, India. The role requires leadership of plant and utility maintenance activities and oversight of preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.

Experience in chemical or paint industries is mandatory, with responsibility for equipment installation, EHS and GMP compliance, budgeting, and vendor coordination. Provide guidance to the maintenance team and ensure documentation is up-to-date.

• Knowledge of maintenance planning and execution is essential.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team and coordinate with multiple departments.

• Handle maintenance budgeting, spares planning, and cost control.
• Lead and guide the maintenance team & external vendors.
• Coordinate with production, QA, EHS, and other departments.
• Drive continuous improvement, 5S, and reliability initiatives.
