Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a Manager Maintenance for a role based in Valsad. The position requires overseeing plant and utility maintenance to ensure smooth operations and compliance with EHS, GMP, and statutory norms.

The candidate will lead preventive and breakdown maintenance, manage utilities like boilers and chillers, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance activities, including budgeting and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical or paint industry is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant and utility maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance of utilities like boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.
• Lead installation & commissioning of new equipment and projects.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and statutory norms.
• Maintain all maintenance documentation and SOPs.
• Handle maintenance budgeting, spares planning, and cost control.
• Lead and guide the maintenance team & external vendors.
• Coordinate with production, QA, EHS, and other departments.
• Drive continuous improvement, 5S, and reliability initiatives.
