Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy invites applications for a Manager Maintenance role based in Valsad, Gujarat. You will oversee plant and utility maintenance to ensure smooth operations and drive reliability initiatives.

You will lead preventive and breakdown maintenance, manage utilities such as boilers and chillers, and supervise the maintenance team and external vendors, while ensuring EHS/GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Chemical or paint industry experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant and utility maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance of utilities like boilers, chillers, compressors, etc.
• Lead installation & commissioning of new equipment and projects.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and statutory norms.
• Maintain all maintenance documentation and SOPs.
• Handle maintenance budgeting, spares planning, and cost control.
• Lead and guide the maintenance team & external vendors.
• Coordinate with production, QA, EHS, and other departments.
• Drive continuous improvement, 5S, and reliability initiatives.
