Job summary

The role coordinates with production, projects, quality, procurement, and EHS to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient plant operations.

Strong leadership and SAP PM/CMMS experience are essential. The position requires overseeing maintenance engineers and technicians, governing AMCs and spare parts, and advancing KPIs

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Ensure maximum equipment uptime and plant reliability.
• Lead breakdown analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage maintenance budgets and optimize maintenance costs. Drive Reliability Engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Manage annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), contractors, and spare parts inventory.
• Improve maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and equipment availability.
• Coordinate with Production, Projects, and Quality, Procurement and EHS teams for seamless plant operations and its Compliance Adherence.
• Ensure CAPEX process Implementation.

Position description:

Senior Manager Maintenance is responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency. The role leads maintenance teams, manages maintenance budgets, ensures statutory compliance, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports production through effective maintenance planning and execution.

Primary function of the position :

1. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Ensure maximum equipment uptime and plant reliability.
2. Lead breakdown analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
3. Manage maintenance budgets and optimize maintenance costs. Drive Reliability Engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
