Job summary

Prijai Heat Exchangers is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure smooth operation and upkeep of all plant equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure. The role leads maintenance activities, minimizes breakdowns, ensures safety/compliance, and drives continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.

You will oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, manage budgets and spares, and develop a high-performing maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in machine maintenance within engineering or air-conditioning industries.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and team leadership abilities.
• Vendor development, negotiation, and contractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for plant equipment and utilities.
• Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum downtime through maintenance planning and execution.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor the performance of electrical and mechanical systems and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and ISO standards.
• Manage spare parts procurement, inventory control, and maintenance budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation as per company requirements.
• Lead, guide, and develop the maintenance team to achieve departmental objectives.
