Job summary

Smartworks in Pune is seeking a seasoned facilities maintenance professional to oversee DG sets, UPS, HVAC, chillers, and critical electrical/mechanical systems. You will manage preventive maintenance schedules, ensure permits, safety compliance, and energy conservation across the site.

The role demands hands-on maintenance experience, fault analysis, and concise reporting, along with coordination of contractors and meticulous logbook management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Administration, DG, UPS, Fire Protection, STP, HVAC, PPM, Transformers, Business Operations, LT Breakers and Facility Maintenance.
• Operations and maintenance of Electrical/Electronics, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance.
• Well versed in Usage of HK chemicals and its dilution methods.
• Prepare checklist for electrical mechanical equipment and preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Efficient in failure analysis while applying best maintenance practices.
• Prepare documents for power consumption & conservation.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of all logbooks and ensuring proper work permits for planned preventive maintenance.
• Managing OEM services under warranty and AMC management.
• Adherence to statutory requirements and energy optimization of HVAC systems.
• Handling electrical/mechanical equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and maintenance.
• Overseeing DG Sets, UPS, Chillers, HVAC installations, cooling towers, motors and pumps, transformers, HT/LT installations, and water treatment plants.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in Administration, DG,UPS,Fire Protection, STP, HVAC, PPM, Transformers, Business Operations, LT Breakers and Facility Maintenance
• Operations and maintenance of Electrical/Electronics, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance.
• Well versed in Usage of HK chemicals and its dilution methods
• Ensure proper Work permit for the Planned Preventive Maintenance for the technicians and contractor working in the premises
• Monitoring of all logbooks
• Keeping track of OEM services under warranty management & AMC Management.
• All statutory requirements should be adhered and maintained
• Analysing the Electricity and water bill
• High level knowledge in HVAC towards energy optimization and upkeep.
• Ability to handle machines breakdowns, preventive maintenance.
• Preparing checklist for electrical mechanical equipment and preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Efficient in failure analysis while ensuring application of best maintenance practices.
