Job summary

Krishna Group is hiring a Machine (Plant) Maintenance professional to attend breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance on utility panels, DG sets, compressors, and safety systems. The role requires hands-on electrical and pneumatic knowledge and the ability to read circuit diagrams.

You'll work on Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs (1200, TIA Portal), maintain maintenance logs, and support audits with accurate records.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of utility panels (HT & LT, ACB, VCB, Transformer, Servo Stabilizer, UPS, Capacitor Panel) is required.
• DG set operation and routine maintenance checks (A,B,C,D).
• Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic circuit diagrams.
• PLC programming skills (Allen Bradley, Siemens 1200, TIA Portal)

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain safety systems (sprinkler, fire hydrant, fire pump).
• Understand machine interlocks and automation systems.
• Record maintenance logs and audit documents.

Job description

Machine (Plant) Maintenance & Attend breakdown

Maintenance of Utility ( HT & LT Panel, ACB, VCB, Transformer, Servo Stabilizer, UPS and Capacitor Panel)

Attend DG Set Operation and Maintain all checks (A,B,C,D) of DG Maintenance

Knowledge of High Pressure & Low pressure Compressor

Knowledge of Safety system & operation (Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant & Fire Pump - Main and Jockey pump)

Understand Electrical & Pneumatic circuit diagram

Knowledge of Automation & Machine interlocks

Knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens - 1200, TIA Portal)

Knowledge of Maintenance Audit documents (Breakdown Slip, Maintenance log book, 5 Why Analysis Record, History Card, Spare Part Issue Slip, Critical Spare Parts)

Knowledge of Electrical equipment's (ELCB, MCCB, MPCB, ELCB, RCCB, ALL SENSORS, RELAYS, CONTACTOR)
