Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time-critical equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
• Fit new parts and ensure equipment works correctly.
• Erection and commissioning of plant machinery.
• Implement KAIZEN and continuous improvement ideas.

• Preventive Maintenance Planning
• Experience in Pneumatic , Hydraulic Circuit, Electrical Circuit, Panel Wiring, PLC, Fixture Maintenance, Cylinder. Sensor etc.
• calculate and monitor energy consumption every shift.
• Implement KAIZENS and approach towards innovative ideas.
• To do maintenance of all Utility Equipments( cranes, compressors, cooling tower etc)
• Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
• Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
• Diagnosing faults
