Job summary

Bahri Hospitality & Cuisines seeks a Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth operation of electrical, mechanical, and kitchen equipment across outlets. The role covers HVAC, refrigeration, and utilities, with preventive maintenance and quick troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

You will coordinate with vendors and AMC partners, maintain logs, and support new store openings with installation and commissioning of equipment. Travel to multiple outlets is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration.
• 3–6 years in maintenance for cafs, restaurants, hotels or factories.
• Experience with ETP, electrical circuits, HVAC, and foodservice equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and vendor management.
• Willingness to travel to multiple outlets.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of kitchen, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Operate and maintain ETP and ensure compliance with safety norms.
• Inspect equipment and utilities to identify issues before failure.
• Maintain logs for maintenance activities, checklists, and AMC reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and AMC partners for servicing, repairs, and spare parts.
• Provide technical support during new store openings including installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety, and statutory maintenance protocols.
• Support central kitchen operations with equipment upkeep, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies.
• Prepare maintenance cost reports and preventive maintenance plans in coordination with operations.

Job description

Role Overview:

The Maintenance Executive will ensure the smooth functioning of all electrical, mechanical, and kitchen equipment including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, utilities, and ETP plant. The role involves preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and quick troubleshooting to reduce downtime and maintain operational standards across outlets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of kitchen, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Operate and maintain ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and ensure compliance with environmental and safety norms
• Conduct routine inspections of all equipment and utility systems to identify potential issues before failure
• Maintain detailed logs for maintenance activities, checklists, and AMC service reports
• Coordinate with vendors and AMC partners for scheduled servicing, repairs, and spare part replacements
• Provide technical support during new store openings including installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety, and statutory maintenance protocols
• Support central kitchen operations with equipment upkeep, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies
• Prepare maintenance cost reports and preventive maintenance plans in coordination with operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration
• 3-6 years of experience in maintenance operations within cafs, restaurants, hotels, or manufacturing facilities
• Hands-on experience with ETP systems, electrical circuits, HVAC units, and foodservice equipment
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and vendor management
• Ability to travel to multiple outlets as per maintenance schedule
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
